Product Guarantee
You may return any stocked product to us within 7 days from receipt of signature, for a full refund less original delivery cost providing it is unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. The return postage will be the customer's responsibility and they will need to send all items recorded delivery as a signature will be required. Please note that Viper Direct shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by the customer returning goods. This returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised or made to order items, and is the customer's responsibility to make sure these are correct and required before ordering. If a refund or exchange is required, it will only be for current goods value and excludes any delivery charges Viper Direct has incurred, unless it is a Viper Direct mistake or supplied faulty goods.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before payment. If a 'made to order' or 'personalised' item has been processed and reached production, if cancelled, the customer will be responsible for any production, material or labour cost incurred to date.
Delivery Information
The delivery address used will be the address that is registered against the customer's Gas Safe Registration number with the Gas Safe Register. If you require the goods to be delivered to an alternative address, please let us know when ordering. All Gas Safe Register Products require a signature upon receipt, but in the event that instruction is left to leave the parcel unsigned for, then Viper Direct accepts no responsibility for any cost of replacement or delivery in the event of lost or stolen product. Please contact us if you have any queries. Deliveries are made with Royal Mail Parcelforce and additional surcharges may apply for those living outside Zone 1 of their delivery network.
Dispatch Time
Viper Direct will endeavour to deliver your goods for the cost our system has charged you. We will try and deliver this via a different method to keep it within the charged price. But if this cannot be achieved, you (the customer) will be responsible for the additional cost. It is our policy to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days for stocked items, but there are certain products which are made to order and in these cases delivery may be more than 3 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for any personalised products.
Receipt of Goods
Goods are delivered via our Couriers or Recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt (in most cases). If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being available to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second delivery charge may also be incurred. If the goods are returned to Viper Direct due to non-delivery (e.g. wrong address or rejected receipt), an additional minimum delivery charge will be incurred on all orders to resend. Orders heavier than 20kg or outside of UK Mainland may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge. The delivery charge amount will be shown separately at the checkout and VAT added.
Non-Delivery or Damage in Transit
Please note that Viper Direct shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact Viper Direct immediately with your concerns and we will take appropriate action. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
Force Majeure
Viper Direct will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that it's website is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond it's control.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership of goods remains with Viper Direct until payment for the goods have been received in full, once the goods has been passed to the customer, at the delivery address supplied. It will then be the customer's ownership.
Complaints
Viper Direct will acknowledge any complaint submitted in writing and do everything we can to appease the situation within reason. We aim to provide a high standard of customer service and product quality.
